LINDEN HOMES
Working alongside Linden Homes, I created two designs for the Fincham show home. Both designs feature a living space, dining room and kitchen.

Hand Rendered Floorplan -
Concept One - Inspired by the class and elegance of Dior the ground floor is divided into an open plan kitchen diner seating up to six guests around the table, along with two at the breakfast bar, as well as a cozy living room area complete with a fireplace.

Designed to be a welcoming space that allows each potential buyer to view the space as their own, or what could potentially be theirs but still maintaining that sophistication that the
Dior concept brings.
Concept Two - Inspired by the funk and colour of Versace, the ground floor is divided into an open plan living/dining area seating up to six guests comfortably around the table, as well as seperate kitchen area seperated by a sliding glass door.
